The Zip Takes You To School

The Zip Community Outreach Team lead an all-volunteer employee effort to collect enough school supplies to fully furnish 75 backpacks to be distributed to our community. The event took place on Saturday August 9th. 2025.

Children and parents showed up at the Zip transfer station to collect their backpacks! In return we collected smiles, and community appreciation. The Zip greeted parents and children at the Dannenbaum Transfer Station allowing children to get a sneak peak of the interior of our beautiful Zip buses! We not only want to keep the wheel of bus safely rolling, but we want to make it an enjoyable ride! Thanks to be given to the organizing group, and to each Driver, Shop Crew and Administration member participating. The Zip wishes for every Student and Educator, a safe and most successful school year!
